How do I book a tour?
You can book through our website, by email, WhatsApp, or our social media channels. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation and your payment or deposit has been processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payment, bank transfer, and cash (by prior agreement), as well as payment links provided by Touran Baku.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Shared group tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, and private tours up to 5 days before. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What is included in the tour price?
Inclusions vary by tour — typically transport, a professional guide or driver, and the listed attractions. Each tour page shows exactly what is included and excluded.
Do you offer private and custom tours?
Absolutely. We offer private tours tailored to your pace, interests, and budget, and can build fully custom itineraries across Azerbaijan.
Which languages do your guides speak?
